Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear written statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided in Section 5 of this page, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Pre-Order Cancellations
If you have placed a pre-order for an item that has not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by contacting us via the contact form at the bottom of this page or by email at info@mobiflight.com.
In the case of a pre-order cancellation before dispatch, you will receive a full refund with no return shipping required. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation request.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earliest.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original transaction (PayPal or card payment via Stripe). No fees are charged for the reimbursement.
4. Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to deduct the amount of any such diminished value from your reimbursement.
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly personalised (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery
Where a product listing specifically states that an item is assembled to order or custom-configured, this will be noted clearly in the product description. Such items may not be eligible for return under § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.
This cancellation policy applies to EU consumer customers only. Non-EU customers and business customers (entrepreneurs) do not benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
