The MobiFlight Meetup is back and you are invited to join us again at the airfield for a special weekend with the community.
The MobiFlight Meetup 2026 takes place from September 10–13, 2026. Join us for a special weekend at the airfield with the community, good conversations, hands-on projects, and time together as friends.
The registration fee includes our traditional BBQ on Saturday as well as the good-bye “Weisswurst” breakfast on Sunday – and an exclusive MobiFlight Meetup 2026 souvenir!
Whether you’re a returning crew member or joining us for the first time, this is your chance to connect face-to-face with fellow cockpit builders, share ideas, see exciting projects in action, and simply enjoy a weekend surrounded by aviation and great company.

💼 Cancellation Policy
100% refund until August 15, 2026, 🗓️ 50% refund until September 1, 2026 – 🚫 After that, we can’t offer refunds – but your fee will help support the project. Thanks for understanding!
